- Confers +90% attack speed, -40% movement speed and increases cone area with minigun by 3 degrees.
- Level 4:
- Confers +110% attack speed, -40% movement speed and increases cone area with minigun by 4 degrees.
- Level 5:
- Confers +130% attack speed, -40% movement speed and increases cone area with minigun by 5 degrees.
